Good to get ideas of dance routines etc.
I bought this to spice up our love life a little, and it did just that. She teaches well and if you have any experience club dancing then the moves are not hard to do. But if you are rhythmically challenged then maybe start off with one of her earlier dvd's where she breaks down the dance moves more. But if you already know how to "salt shake it" etc., then you should be pleased with the video. I'm bad about dancing for a few seconds and then not knowing what to do next, this video helped me find a routine to go by and fun moves to use. Definitely recommend it.

This is a colorful and very professionally made instructional video that teaches one to become a classy, high-end stripper (or "exotic performer"). Our instructor, Lady Morrighan is very helpful and personable and her attire and presentation are always tastefully done.
Lady Morrighan first takes the basic moves and links them all together into workable dance routines that are easy to follow along. She performs on a seductively lit mock stage with two giant teddy bears as her audience. How cute.
She also includes a special section on the "art of uncovering" which is probably the video's most practical; and the portion that men will want to watch most. She wears two bras, a skin colored one underneath, to demonstrate fun ways for going topless. And fully disrobing can be accomplished, going over the head or off-of-the-toes, and Lady Morrighan shows us both.
