Meet the Small Potatoes is, an unbelievable bargain for the current price. It includes two versions of the movie, regular and extended, and ten bonus shorts. The animation and production values are excellent, and though this is a film for the very young, adults can find humor in the sight gags and references to people and events in the 60s and 70s. Those who remember the Beatles will enjoy the parallel careers of the Fab Four and the Small Potatoes.
The You-Tuber reference and screen is especially clever.
I like the mix of animation and live people and backgrounds to create wonderful effects. Parents will note that there are Small Potatoes books that tie into movie themes like the Small Potatoes train.

Bottom line - This is a wholesome and entertaining DVD that contains something for everyone for a price that can't be beat. This spudophile is impressed.
